• Reservations made by telephone will require a 50% deposit. Full payment in advance for short stays is required. We Do Not Accept Credit Cards.

• Cancellations require a 30 day notice to receive a refund of deposit, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. For cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, deposit can only be returned if the space is re-rented for the entire time and is subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.

• Your suite will not be held without a deposit and a reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

• Well-behaved children, 8 years or older are welcome at the Webster House.

• Rates are $170.00 - $275.00 per night or $1,250.00 - $1,600.00 per week depending upon the time of the year and the suite selected. Additional adults staying in the suite may require and additional $25.00 per night. Four People Maximum Per Suite.

• Check In 2:00 PM. Check Out 11:00 AM.

• Smoking is NOT permitted within the Webster House.

• Pets are not permitted.

• On site parking for one car only per suite, unless special arrangements have been made.
